A roundtable dedicated to the improvement of the veterinary field was held at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU).
The main goal of the event was to analyze the current situation in the veterinary sector, identify existing problems, and develop relevant proposals to address them.
The roundtable was attended by representatives of the Ganja City Executive Power, staff from the Ganja City Animal Health and Veterinary Services Department, as well as faculty members from ADAU’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
Speakers emphasized the importance of creating a healthy livestock environment for the sustainable development of agriculture and discussed the necessary steps to be taken in this direction.
Additionally, proposals were made to enhance the quality of veterinary education for students and to strengthen scientific research activities in the field.
It should be noted that the event was held in line with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, dated April 22, 2020.
